  • Who can apply for the Indigo Platinum MasterCard?
    • Anyone who is interested in establishing or rebuilding their credit can apply for the Indigo Platinum MasterCard. You must be pre-qualified in order to submit a credit application. To be eligible to submit a request for pre-qualification, you must:
      i. Be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
      ii. Have not submitted a pre-qualification request in the last 60 days

    • The Indigo Platinum MasterCard is not a pre-paid card. Your responsible use of the card is reported to all three major credit bureaus and gives you the chance to establish a consistent payment record while enjoying the convenience of a credit card.

    • Indigo is the name of our credit card program issued through Celtic Bank. Celtic Bank and Genesis Bankcard Services, Inc., the servicer of this program, have a long history of providing access to credit and quality customer service to people just like you.
  • Can I apply over the phone?
    • While we offer customer service assistance at 1-866-453-2636 (from 7:00am to 4:00pm, Pacific Time, M-F), we do not offer an apply-by-phone option at this time. Please click here to get pre-qualified online.
  • Will I definitely be approved?
    • Although our credit criteria are designed to help many people who are credit challenged, we cannot guarantee 100% approval. We will review your pre-qualification request and application closely to determine whether you meet the qualifications for this offer.
  • When will I receive my card?
    • In most cases, your new card will arrive within 14 business days of being approved.
  • What if I don't receive my card within two weeks?
    • If you do not receive your card within 21 days after being approved, please contact our Lost/Stolen Department immediately at 1-888-260-4532. They are available 24 hours, seven days a week.
  • What will my credit limit be?
    • The Indigo Platinum program promotes the responsible use of credit for both of us. Your credit limit will be determined once your application has been reviewed and approved. See Terms and Conditions for additional disclosures.
  • Can I open more than one account?
    • You may only open one account at this time.
  • Can I transfer a balance to my new Indigo Platinum MasterCard?
    • At this time we do not offer a balance transfer option.
